1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STL Agent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

STL Agent is a speed-to-lead platform for home service contractors. The Service provides lead capture, AI-powered auto-responses, job management, Telegram notifications, and contractor landing pages.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One person or entity per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Collect personal information of other users without consent.

5. Lead Data

  • Leads submitted through your landing page belong to you (the contractor).
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA, CASL, and CCPA) when communicating with leads.
  • We store lead data on your behalf as a data processor. We do not sell or share lead data with third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate auto-responses to leads. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and managing communications with your leads.

7. Telegram Integration

The Service integrates with Telegram for notifications and commands. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's own terms of service. We are not responsible for Telegram's availability or data handling.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

9. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STL Agent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
